Food banking has gone through significant changes over the last three years, from coping with the pandemic, to the cost-of-living crisis, to shifts in food and fundraising. One thing is certain: food banking in the future will not look like it has over the last forty-plus years. This session will look at emerging trends in food banking from across Canada and around the world to spark ideas and share learnings as we adapt to meet the challenges ahead.
